Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
A complimentary parking space is available in the facility, but a nominal charge applies for valet parking.
Tickets are valid for a single entry only.
Wheelchairs are provided here free of charge, while strollers come with a rental fee.
Outside food and beverages (with the exception of bottled water) are not permitted in the facility or themed zones.
The facility does not allow the carrying of sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags, etc.
The attraction has prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room, and a designated smoking area.
No heavy luggage is allowed during this visit.
The ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (Light show) if it takes place on the date of your visit
The last entry to the Palace in Motion (Light show) is 45 minutes before the show time.
Timings may change and are subject to sunset timings.
