Galle Day Tour With Scenic Coastal Train Ride From Colombo

Your day begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Colombo. You’ll be driven to the Colombo Fort Railway Station to board the morning express. As the train pulls away, settle into your seat for one of Asia’s most beautiful rail journeys—the track runs so close to the water you’ll feel like you’re gliding over the waves.

Upon arrival in Galle, your private guide will meet you at the station to begin a walking tour of the Galle Fort. Walk the massive stone ramparts, see the iconic white lighthouse, and explore the "living" fort where Dutch-colonial architecture meets vibrant modern boutiques and cafes.
