- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued

- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Free for children aged 0-4 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Free for children aged 0–4 when sharing a seat with a parent. Attraction or entrance tickets, if required, must be purchased separately by the parents.
- Every two paying adults may bring one child aged 0–4 free of charge (shared seat). Each additional child will incur a 50% service fee surcharge
