Important Information

Tickets will be handed to you by the guide or driver on the day of travel.

The timings for sharing transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Please maintain the dress code for visiting attractions with cultural importance like Mosques, museums etc.

Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. 

(Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations)

Please adhere to moderate dressing as the trip includes visit to the Grand Mosque. Click here to know more.

The guest will bear all personal expenses related to lunch, shopping, drinks, dining, etc., on-site during the tour.

Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.

Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.

Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that 

includes transfer services.

Please note : During the Ramadan period (19th February to 18th March), Ferrari World Theme Park 

operating hours will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable

If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable

If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children aged 3 years and under may enter free of charge and do not require an admission ticket.

Individuals aged above 3 years must hold a valid, paid admission ticket to gain entry.
